I am trained in Voice Dialogue, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Mind Body Medicine. I also practiced CBT with my clients. We will first look into a problem or issue or symptom that brought you to therapy, we will discuss the best approach that works for you.
Intervention can be a short term or long term depending on your problem. The client is the best person to judge when he or she is ready to terminate therapy. In rare cases that I don’t see any improvement for a long period of time I may recommend that you try a different therapist or approach.

We would love to be accessible to people and companies of all budgets. We allocate 5% of full price fee toward scholarships for individuals and non-profit corporations sliding scale fees. Our ability to provide this discount depends on our funds. It never hurts to ask.
Participation in the group requires a commitment. We will bill you for each session whether you attend it or not. Please consider that our time just as valuable as yours. We will waive this in circumstances beyond the person control such as unexpected illness or death in the family.
Participation in the group is on volunteer basis. If you wish to stop your participation in the group after first two session we will refund 50% of your total fee. After the second session all fees are non-refundable.
Motivational interviewing is a psychotherapeutic approach that attempts to move an individual away from a state of indecision or uncertainty and towards finding motivation to making positive decisions and accomplishing established goals.
Voice Dialogue is a method to come into dialogue with our inner voices. These voices belong to the various parts of our personality: our selves.... our Ego often identifies itself with one or two primary selves while pushing away or suppressing other selves. According to the Psychology of Selves, consciousness is composed of three dimensions:

The Experience of the Selves
Aware Ego - the middle ground that lies between a primary self and its opposite disowned self.
Voice Dialogue is the technique for implementing the theory and "primary selves" are those selves that emerged in our maturation process to protect the inner child from pain and allow us to reach our goals. Although each primary Self mission is to protect our inner child it often prevents us from reaching our full potential if it takes over all decision making. The goal of each session is to learn about point of view of each Self and to develop an aware ego that makes an informed decision , just like a good CEO.

Mind Body Medicine is a research and evidence based approach to healing once self whether it is mental, emotional or physical healing. Self-care is at the heart of MBM model. We will educate you on a selection of tips and techniques you can use in your life to improve your mental and physical well-being. We use this approach in individual sessions and our groups are specifically structured to utilize this approach.
